Come out of the comorbid condition and taste a chunk of life. It’s sweeter than honey. And tastier than tacos (any one?) No matter how far you have gone, how long you have suffered, there is always a way to return. Take that U-turn.

Emotional states can be managed by medicines and therapy. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), which is psychotherapy for people with mental illness - can ease your condition . You can cope with your emotional states in different ways.
For example, if you’re facing anxiety, take a bath. It refreshes you and makes you feel better.
If you’re frustrated, take a walk. Walking around your home is the best way to start. All the management techniques revolve around taking some bold steps, even if you don’t feel like it. Meeting people and talking with them help you relieve stress and release mood boosting hormones.
Don’t lose heart. It can become worse. You wouldn’t feel like anything. But you’ve to go out, meet people, talk to them, and give your illness a voice.
